The Value Plan covers just about anything that's likely to go wrong with your heating system and includes an annual tune-up (contact John Duffy Fuel for details) to increase your system's longevity and performance!
John Duffy Fuel Company will repair or replace during the life of this agreement, at no extra charge to our customer, any of the following parts that may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear.
Parts to be repaired or replaced are indicated in RED. Parts that are not covered are indicated in BLUE.
Separate Oil-Fired Water Heater Coverage - $69
Coverage includes oil burner parts, aquastat, controls and emergency switch. Hot water tank is excluded.
Loyalty Credits
It is our goal to reward our loyal customers. You earn a $50 credit for each year you purchase a service plan. You can use these credits toward the purchase of a variety of heating and cooling equipment (the figures below show how much can be used for any one item). Credits are not transferable. They have value only as credit toward the following equipment purchased from John Duffy Fuel Company by its customers.

Service Hours
During the life of this agreement, John Duffy Fuel Company will provide dependable, prompt emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Emergency service constitutes: NO HEAT, SERIOUS FUEL LEAK OR DANGEROUS SITUATIONS. All other regular service will be performed during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
